Conditions for returns

You have a 14 day cooling-off period. Within that 14 day period, you can return the product(s) to:

All products returned must be unused and undamaged. Kaerel skin care will determine whether the returned product satisfies these criteria. If so, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within 14 days.

The cost of returning the product(s) is for your own account.
