What does it mean when we say that Kaerel skin care products are ‘natural’?
All the ingredients that Kaerel skin care uses for its products originate from natural ingredients derived from plants, flowers and herbs.

What is the difference between natural and biological care products?
Although these two terms are often used interchangeably by consumers, there is a difference. The ingredients that Kaerel skin care uses all come from natural sources and a few natural ingredients originate from the world of organic agriculture. Officially, the description ‘biological care product’ can only be applied if all the ingredients are natural, unprocessed and originate from organic agriculture. Unfortunately, there is often little or even no supply of such products.

Are all the products in the Kaerel skin care range safe?
All the products are safe. The products are manufactured and tested with the greatest care, then certified in accordance with the relevant European cosmetics legislation.

Can Kaerel skin care products cause a rash?

All the products are vegan.

Do Kaerel skin care products have a best-before date?
No, Kaerel skin care products do not have a best-before date. Printing on the tube indicates how many months the products can be kept after opening. Bear this time period in mind when you are using the products.

How long will it take before the products are delivered?
The maximum delivery time for products (within the Netherlands) is 5 working days from the date of payment.

If I don’t want the product after all, can I return it?
You have the option to return the product within 14 calendar days of delivery. The consumer must bear the cost of P&P. You will receive a refund if the product is received back – undamaged and unopened – within that 14 day period. The address for returns is:
